By signing up for Fable ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Fable ("App") ("User Content"). Wallop Labs respects your rights and does not claim ownership of your User Content.
Wallop Labs LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your User Content. We will never distribute, share, or disclose your User Content with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
You grant Wallop Labs LLC a limited license to access and use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the services and features of the App, including storing, displaying, and organizing your User Content within the App. This license does not include the right to distribute, share, or disclose your User Content to third parties.
Wallop Labs LLC uses industry-standard encryption methods to protect your User Content from unauthorized access. Your User Content is encrypted both in transit and at rest, ensuring that only you and authorized recipients can access it.
Wallop Labs LLC will retain your User Content only for as long as necessary to provide you with the services and features of the App. You may delete your User Content at any time, and we will promptly remove it from our servers.
You are responsible for the content of your User Content and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful to others.
You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wallop Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, USA.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
